Holiday Chai - For the holidays we have tweaked our Cascara Chai recipe. We've added nutmeg and adjusted the ratios of the other spices to create a good 'ole fashioned cup of holiday cheer. At least, that's what it tastes like to us. This tea is, in our humble opinion, best served hot on a cold winter's night. Preferably while surrounded by friends and family.

Cascara is Spanish for 'husk' or 'peel' and is used to describe dehydrated coffee fruit. It is higher in antioxidants than cranberries and is delicious to boot! This remarkable fruit has been consumed as a tea for thousands of years.
